Lead all technical and operational aspects of the touring production
Oversee department heads (Audio, Lighting, Video, Carpentry, Props, and Wardrobe) and their crews
Collaborate with the Production Stage Manager
Manage all load-ins, loadouts, and changeovers
Ensure set, equipment, and instruments are maintained
Manage technical department budgets and expenses

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in technical theatre, live entertainment
Minimum 5–7 years of experience in technical or production management for touring or large-scale
Comprehensive knowledge of theatrical production disciplines (lighting, audio, video, carpentry
Proven success managing touring crews and coordinating logistics across multiple cities
Strong project management, scheduling, and organizational skills
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities under pressure
