Production Manager, Final Assembly

📋 Description

• Own safety, quality, delivery, and cost for all lines across 24/7 operation
• Build a culture prioritizing safety and product quality while meeting targets
• Lead, develop, and mentor managers, supervisors, and production associates
• Drive line balancing, takt attainment, and throughput across sequential operations
• Ensure standardized work, poka-yoke, and quality gates with end-of-line testing
• Use structured problem solving with quality and manufacturing engineering

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years managing teams in high-volume manufacturing
• 10+ years in high-volume manufacturing, electromechanical assembly
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or Technical discipline
• Experience running multi-stage assembly with line balancing and takt-based production
• Lean manufacturing and structured problem solving (8D, A3, DMAIC)
• Ability to develop production KPIs and work under pressure
