Production Manager, Fluid Systems

📋 Description

• Own daily execution of build plan across safety, quality, and delivery.
• Lead supervisors and technicians to takt-based production targets.
• Identify and escalate blockers to Engineering, Quality, or Program teams.
• Partner with Manufacturing and Design Engineering to resolve build issues.
• Drive adherence to work instructions, planning, and configuration control.
• Monitor and improve key production metrics (throughput, hours, rework, scrap).

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in aerospace, automotive, or high-complexity manufacturing.
• 1.5+ years leading production teams in assembly or fabrication.
• Experience collaborating with Manufacturing and Design Engineering teams.
