Direct supervision of all technical and operational departments.
Lead city-by-city operations planning, including venue advances and movement.
Prepare and circulate schedules and labor needs for unit movement and shows.
Coordinate with Company Manager for venue planning, load-in/run/load-out.
Oversee load-in/out, trucking, floor plans, and local labor coordination.
Ensure equipment readiness and monitor safety/compliance; provide weekly reports.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Technical Theatre or equivalent experience.
5+ years in entertainment operations/management with touring experience; 2+ years touring experience.
Excellent oral and written communication; strong leadership.
Ability to read blueprints, safety manuals, and budgets; draft financial reports.
Fluent in English and able to travel internationally with valid passport.
Knowledge of touring union rules and safety/risk compliance.
