Production Monitoring Intern (3 months)

📋 Description

• Track daily/weekly inspector performance reports (on-hold, late submissions, photos).
• Support inspectors during on-site inspections, incl. queries about PEO/PM services.
• Collaborate to train and onboard new resources (inspectors, suppliers, GIs).
• Assist the service coordinator with operational and administrative tasks to ensure smooth workflow.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.

🎯 Requirements

• Fresh graduate in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
• Eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong English communication (written and spoken).
• Detail-oriented, organized, and responsible.
• Proactive, self-motivated, able to work independently or in a team.
• Comfortable with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and quick to learn internal systems.
