Production Planner

📋 Description

• Manage production plan, work orders priorities, and capacity plans.
• Coordinate production plans to ensure material flow.
• Proactively communicate and mitigate production constraints.
• Create and schedule production orders per plan.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Production, Logistics, Quality and Eng to review schedules.
• Support shipments scheduling between plant and 3PL for timely delivery.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Manufacturing Eng, or Business Admin preferred.
• 2+ years related experience.
• Adapt quickly to changing priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Proven ability to manage multiple and competing priorities; strong analytical skills.
• Outstanding communication skills (oral and written) and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience with ERP and WMS systems; Netsuite a plus; Excel or Google Sheets proficient.
