🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, Business
• 5+ years experience in manufacturing or production environment with proven supervisory or
• Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain dynamics including inventory control, demand
• Proficiency with ERP/MRP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and advanced MS Excel skills for
• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Kaizen principles
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and conflict-resolution skills with ability to bridge gap
