📋 Description

• Oversee end-to-end NPI from pre-sales to mass production.
• Establish efficient systems; balance lines to reduce labor costs.
• Apply LEAN tools to optimize costs in RFQ packages.
• Ensure 100% on-time delivery and maximize yield.
• Lead operator training, line readiness, PFMEA with PMO.
• Create WI, docs, tooling validation, and pilot builds.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in automotive components, line setup, and equipment.
• End-to-end NPI to mass production with zero customer complaints.
• Strong CAD/CAM skills and IATF 16949 auditing expertise.
• Business-level Japanese (N2) proficiency.
• English literacy in reading and writing.
• Proven leadership managing 20+ people.
