Lead project teams through engineering, procurement and construction
Manage drawings, docs, and reports for manufacturing lines
Write, negotiate, and manage construction contracts with subcontractors
Ensure accurate budgeting and cost forecasting
Develop production strategies to improve quality, output, safety, cost
Define processes for high-volume production: MES, inventory, config, maintenance
Coordinate work with SpaceX teams and subcontractors
Identify trends and opportunities on the production floor

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in engineering (industrial/mechanical/electrical)
1+ year in production engineering or industrial project mgmt
Field construction site experience (preferred)
Budgeting and conceptual design experience
Experience with mechanical, fluids, heavy hydronics construction
Manufacturing start-up and ramp experience
CAD tools: AutoCAD, Revit, Siemens NX, BIM/Navisworks
