Production Sanitation Associate

📋 Description

• Cleans and sanitizes production equipment and areas
• Rotates between dough maker, dough placer, tray washer, and cross/down stacker positions
• Determines correct batch recipe to gather, measure, and mix ingredients for dough
• Ensures dough is delivered into rounder
• Records batch data and maintains proofing library
• Achieves and maintains dough certification

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to work with yeast and flour products
• Must successfully pass a pre-employment background check
• Ability to stand and/or walk for long periods of time, climb stairs, lift up to 30 lbs frequently
• Ability to perform heavy pushing/pulling of product
• Ability to work in refrigerated conditions (33-38 degrees)
