Production Scheduler, Starship Components

📋 Description

• Assist in scheduling for a work center; identify part shortages dates.
• Create rate-based schedules and track constraints for 6+ missions.
• Develop scenarios to optimize hardware allocation between new and refurb.
• Set, track daily/weekly goals with production teams considering constraints.
• Build relationships with internal suppliers; communicate estimates.
• Monitor MRP systems and use SQL to identify shortages.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's with 1+ year in scheduling/ops; or 3+ years in scheduling.
• Experience using ERP/MRP systems in production.
• Strong problem-solving with speed and accuracy.
• Self-motivated, quick learner; prioritize to meet goals.
• Strong relationships with internal/external suppliers/customers.
• MS Office, VBA, Smartsheet, SQL, Confluence, JIRA, Power BI.
• Experience with continuous improvement (lean, six sigma, Kaizen).
• PMP certification.
