Production Shift Manager

📋 Description

• Lead a team to deliver the production plan.
• Ensure health, safety and GMP standards on shift.
• Coordinate and communicate daily handovers between departments.
• Carry out accident investigations and close corrective actions.
• Review training and development against SOPs and required standards.
• Work with procurement and planning to meet demand.

🎯 Requirements

• FMCG manufacturing leadership experience.
• Experience in high-speed, high-volume production.
• Root-cause analysis and problem-solving.
• Health, safety and GMP knowledge.
• Training staff against SOPs and required standards.
• Strong cross-functional communication and collaboration.
