Production Shift Manager

📋 Description

• Lead a team to deliver the production plan and meals.
• Ensure shift health and safety standards; conduct audits.
• Lead accident investigations and root-cause analysis; close actions.
• Oversee training against SOPs and required documentation.
• Manage labour, holidays and absence to sustain production.
• Drive GMP compliance, quality and hygiene across the site.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong FMCG manufacturing experience in high-speed operations
• Proven team leadership and people-management skills
• Good knowledge of safety legislation, GMP and SOPs
• Strong planning, scheduling and prioritisation abilities
• Clear communication and cross-functional collaboration
• Loves dogs and is action-oriented with problem-solving mindset
