Production Shift Supervisor (2nd)

📋 Description

• Lead and coach production team in a high-speed environment
• Conduct safety audits and visual checks; support GMP, HACCP, and FDA goals
• Maximize output, minimize waste; maintain product quality and integrity
• Plan production activities and set priorities for efficiency and cost
• Utilize SAP for inventory control, FIFO, and traceability
• Develop training and documentation for team members

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years leading teams in high-volume manufacturing/CPG
• Sense of urgency with a can-do attitude
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Packaging/manufacturing experience preferred
• Ability to lift 25 lbs, frequent standing/walking; some pushing/pulling
• Strong multitasking and cross-functional collaboration
