📋 Description

• Supervise hourly employees in continuous plant production activities
• Support plant goals, safety, process improvements, labor relations, quality and production

🎯 Requirements

• High School Degree or equivalent
• Experience supervising/leading in 24/7 manufacturing
• Glass industry experience preferred
• Proven ability to coach, motivate hourly employees
• Understanding of Flow Manufacturing concepts and Kaizen
• Computer literate; able to work rotating shifts including weekends/holidays
