Production Specialist

📋 Description

• Work with Project Lead on end-to-end sourcing of swag, delivering to Reachdesk’s global clients.
• Coordinate orders across multiple vendors, verify pricing, shipping and decoration data.
• Provide regular client updates to build trust and drive repeat orders.
• Collaborate with suppliers to create proofs and obtain client approval.
• Obtain shipping dates from suppliers and schedule delivery.
• Liaise with couriers to ensure timely delivery and handle customs paperwork.

🎯 Requirements

• 2 years or more in branded merchandise.
• Expertise with CommonSKU, Hoops, MPower Promo, or similar promo software.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator or Affinity Designer.
• Experience with Salesforce or HubSpot CRM.
• Experience creating personalized hard goods and apparel.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
