📋 Description

  • Coordinate swag sourcing to deliver to Reachdesk clients
  • Manage proofs and approvals with client and manufacturers
  • Own procurement process under Project Lead guidance
  • Collaborate with suppliers to meet client SLAs and delivery dates
  • Organize shipping notices and customs paperwork
  • Track orders, verify pricing, shipping, and decorations

🎯 Requirements

  • 2+ years in the branded merchandise industry
  • Experience with CommonSKU, Hoops, MPower Promo, or similar tools
  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Affinity Designer or vector software
  • Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot or other CRMs
  • Background in printed hard goods and apparel
  • Strong design sense and client communication skills
