📋 Description

• Coordinate the Team: Keep sound/light technicians and artists perfectly synced during the show.
• Tech Rehearsals: Work alongside the technicians during rehearsals (no design or cueing required!).
• Stage & Dance Floor Setup: Help lay down the dance floor (Marley) and set up scenic elements
• Production Operations: Partner with the Producer to manage all technical operations on-site.
• Quick Troubleshooting: Solve minor tech issues during preparation and live showtime.

• Stagecraft Mastery: knowledge of backstage etiquette, show flow, and timing stage entries.
