Production Supervisor - 3rd Shift

📋 Description

• Supervise the production team, working daily with production leads.
• Ensure the safety of all team members through proper training and reinforcement in all plant
• Communicate daily goals to team members as dictated by the production schedule.
• Support plant layout changes and direct efficient flow in all departments through standard work for
• Work closely with Maintenance and monitor equipment reliability.
• Manage daily and weekly production requirements.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience supervising a production/manufacturing team.
• Experience working in a manufacturing, distribution, warehouse environment, preferred.
• Must be able to operate all machine areas and currently hold a Level 4 in two of the cell areas
• Must have proficient computer skills including applications such as the MS Office Suite and typical
• Basic knowledge of production scheduling, suppliers, and customer interfaces and interactions.
• Cabinetry and/or furniture industry experience is a plus.
