Production Supervisor

📋 Description

• Own daily production scheduling and shift execution.
• Directly supervise production assemblers and technicians.
• Ensure all builds follow approved work instructions, routing, and quality standards.
• Own daily output targets, on-time delivery, and production efficiency.
• Maintain a safe work environment and enforce safety policies.
• Coordinate with Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, Planning, and Materials.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3-5 years of production supervision experience in manufacturing.
• Experience in electrical, electromechanical, or panel/switchgear manufacturing strongly preferred.
• Ability to manage shift schedules, labor allocation, and daily production targets.
• Practical Lean manufacturing application (5S, visual management, standard work).
• Strong people leadership skills: hiring, coaching, performance management, conflict resolution.
