Production Supervisor

📋 Description

• Lead or support Lean Manufacturing Initiatives A3/Kaizen/GB/PM.
• Work closely with all support departments to resolve daily production issues.
• Train, develop, enforce adherence to the applicable DOP and SOP of Quality System &amp
• Perform Interviews, hire and train employees plan, assign and manage workload to monitor their
• Plan, supervise, drive improvement and report production performance (Output/Yield/RCA/Efficiency).
• Onboarding, tracking requirements for new employees.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of either supervisor or Engineering experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in fields related to engineering or manufacturing — official proof of studies
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing.
• Able to communication skills, including written and verbal instruction.
• Ability to read, write and understand intermediate English.
• Basic Knowledge or experience in Manufacturing Process.
