Production Supervisor

📋 Description

• Direct daily shift workflows and cross-functional team coordination to meet targets.
• Serve as the main technical resource for equipment issues and complex setups.
• Oversee Training Qualification Program; ensure SOP updates and mentor Level 2/3.
• Act as escalation point for complex issues; coordinate with Maintenance/Engineering.
• Enforce safety and quality; audit production data and maintain 5S/Lean environment.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven manufacturing leadership (3+ years) or advanced degree with 2+ years; track record leading production teams.
• Deep understanding of EHS regs, emergency response, and safety standards.
• Communicate technical challenges and updates to senior management and teams.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and MES to track and report metrics.
• Clear communication of technical challenges and shift updates to teams and management.
