Lead electronics production teams for Starlink assemblies
Coordinate production with engineering and maintenance

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years in manufacturing/production/logistics
1+ years leading a team or project
Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles
Experience with DFx, GD&T, and manufacturability reviews
PCBA/harness/electro-mechanical assembly experience
Proficient with ERP/shop floor software and MS Office
