📋 Description

• Own the production ramp of complex electromechanical assemblies to previously impossible weekly
• Grow a team of 10 people to 20+ with effective hiring and training
• Closely interact with design, manufacturing, and test engineering to create the optimal production
• Lead by setting an example; take feedback from all levels of the organization, and motivate your
• Provide mentorship to team, and assist with design decisions, project strategies and technical
• Manage an hourly workforce by assessing employee performance, providing positive/constructive

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience in a production/manufacturing environment
• 1+ years of experience leading a team or project
• Bachelor's degree
• Experience building, leading and consistently maintaining cohesive teams
• Organized and self-driven, capable of working independently with little direction in a
• Basic understanding of industrial electrical, control, and instrumentation systems
