• Lead manufacturing across electronics assembly, battery fabrication, software loading, integration
• Standardize workflows, takt times, line layouts, and kitting to deliver predictable, repeatable
• Scale new subsystem designs and next-gen satellite platforms from R&D to high-rate production
• Champion automated functional testing, scripted software deployment, unit-level data logging, and

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of assembly and testing experience in electronics, battery systems, avionics, rf within
• Proven leadership experience managing and coaching 10–15 technicians in fast-paced production
• Strong practical electronics expertise: interpreting schematics/drawings, operating diagnostic
• Software integration experience: firmware flashing, version control, configuration management
• Foundational knowledge of battery safety and handling protocols, including state-of-charge
• Applied mastery of Lean manufacturing principles (standardized work, takt time, root-cause
