Provide hands-on support to production floor during peak periods, staffing shortages, and process
Design, develop, and deliver training curricula for production team leads covering leadership
Conduct hands-on, classroom, and on-the-floor training sessions including onboarding
Create and maintain training materials, job aids, SOPs, and certification/competency checklists
Evaluate trainee performance and provide coaching and feedback
Partner with Production, Quality, EHS, and HR to identify skill gaps and training needs
