Production Team Member (PPP)

📋 Description

• Set up production area prior to making dough
• Determine correct batch recipe, gathers, measures and mixes ingredients
• Become and maintain dough certification
• Load roll of paper in paper machines and roll of plastic in wrap machine
• Insure the proper shell count and remove any bad thin crust product off line
• Dump rejected product into canister

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to work with yeast and flour products
• Must successfully pass a pre-employment background check
• Bilingual Spanish and English is a plus
