📋 Description

• Stage products across production lines; perform QA to meet schedules.
• Boost efficiency; collaborate with team; minimize waste.
• Conduct in-process and final QA checks; precise weighing; data recording compliance.
• Maintain extraction and packaging areas; keep workspace inspection-ready.
• Follow OSHA standards, SOPs, and state regulations; ensure labeling accuracy.
• Handle packaging of cannabis products (flower, prerolls, vapes, infused items).

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on production experience; detail-oriented; quality-driven.
• Team player with clear communication in fast-paced settings.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Able to stand 8-10 hrs; lift up to 50 lbs.
• Willing to learn equipment and SOPs; reliable.
• Familiar with safety/compliance standards is a plus.
