📋 Description

• Stage products and packaging materials across production lines while performing quality assurance
• Boost operational efficiency and minimize waste by taking ownership, collaborating with the team
• Conduct in-process and final quality checks, including testing, visual inspections, and precise
• Work quickly and efficiently to boost productivity while keeping the extraction room organized
• Operate efficiently while following OSHA standards, Curaleaf SOPs, and all required procedures

• Willing to learn and be trained on various production equipment and SOPs while consistently meeting
• Strong attention to detail and effective communication skills, thriving in a fast-paced, team-based
• Capability to perform repetitive tasks with focus and consistency over extended periods.
• Strong work ethic, punctuality, reliability, and ability to maintain a positive, professional team
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• At least one year of manufacturing or packaging experience is preferred (focused on product safety
