Production Technician

📋 Description

• Operate and monitor automated production and packaging equipment
• Start up, shutdown, changeovers, and operational adjustments
• Maintain safety, quality, efficiency, and throughput
• Monitor equipment performance and identify improvement opportunities
• Perform routine inspections and respond to machine alarms
• Troubleshoot basic issues to minimize downtime

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1+ year manufacturing/production experience preferred
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving
• Ability to learn automated equipment and systems
• Basic computer proficiency and production software
• Experience with HMI-controlled or automated equipment preferred
