Production Technician I / Operator (Day Shift)

📋 Description

• Execute manufacturing processes in formulation, encapsulation, primary and secondary packaging
• Set up equipment for routine processes
• Identify and resolve performance related equipment issues in a timely and efficient manner while
• Execute assigned jobs and maintain operating conditions within the desired range
• Communicate all operational events and issues with appropriate individuals
• Identify opportunities for improvement throughout the operations and assist in implementation of

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required; technical certificate or degree preferred
• Previous general manufacturing experience required, preferably 2-3 years in cGMP manufacturing
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot and communicate issues to appropriate
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn new programs and applications
• Demonstrated understanding of the importance of maintaining the highest level of quality and
• Demonstrated understanding of HMI controls, vision inspection systems, and product serialization
