Production Technician Lead I (Day Shift)

📋 Description

• Follow EHS procedures and promote a proactive safety culture.
• Set up and troubleshoot automated packaging equipment across 3 value streams.
• Run vision system tasks and resolve serialization faults.
• Monitor and improve OEE across the production floor.
• Troubleshoot to component level: gears, belts, motors, sensors.
• Lead 6S, manage CMMS work orders, and on-the-floor training support.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma; technical cert/Associates preferred; must meet Production Technician III.
• Quality focus and compliance with site policies.
• Communicate issues to operations, engineering and mechanical teams.
• Advanced pneumatics, electronics, motors, sensors; HMIs and serialization.
• POMs, SAP, MAXIMO familiarity; basic computer skills.
• 4-5+ years cGMP experience; ability to stand 8-12 hrs and lift 25 lbs; 40-60 hrs/wk.
