Production Technician Lead l (PM Shift)

📋 Description

• Adhere to EHS procedures; promote a proactive safety culture.
• Set up and troubleshoot automated packaging equipment across three value streams.
• Troubleshoot vision systems and resolve serialization faults.
• Monitor and improve overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) on the floor.
• Repair packaging equipment components (motors, sensors, drives).
• Lead and train peers; coordinate with maintenance teams.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma; technical/troubleshooting exp; cert/Associate degree preferred.
• Strong quality focus; adhere to site policies.
• Clear communication with operations, engineering, and maintenance teams.
• Knowledge of pneumatics/electronics/mechanics; HMI, vision, serialization.
• Experience with POMs, SAP, MAXIMO preferred; basic computer skills.
• 4-5+ years of cGMP; stand 8-12 hrs; lift up to 25 lbs.
