📋 Description

• Support equipment set ups and equipment troubleshooting across all three value streams
• Adhere to Environmental, Health, and Safety procedures while facilitating a proactive safety culture
• Effectively setup and troubleshoot automated equipment in primary and secondary packaging area
• Monitor and maintain above target overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) performance across the

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma with equivalent experience. Technical experience and troubleshooting aptitude
• Demonstrated focus and understanding of the importance of maintaining the highest level of quality
• Ability to communicate issues to appropriate operations, engineering and mechanical team required.
• Advanced understanding of pneumatics, electronics, mechanical, motors, variable frequency drives
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn new programs and applications required.
• Understanding and experience with systems such as POMs, SAP, and MAXIMO preferred.
