📋 Description

• Develop strategy and monitor churn, overdue, and productivity targets, monitor Goals, identify
• Organize driver engagement to implement coaching, quality improvement, and retention programms.
• Manage financial governance for payment collection and escalate overdue payment
• Manage asset security and recovery for geofence, monitor units outside designated areas, follow up

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor's degree from any major
• At least 5 years of experience in the similar role
• Experience in driver engagement and retention
• Expertise in managing account receivables, structuring sustainable payment plans, and accomplishing
• Proficient in tracking KPIs using tools like MS.Excel, Power BI, or internal dashboards to drive
• Experience in diagnosing performance drops or spikes in arrears to resolve systemic operational
