📋 Description

• Investigate problems and current product functionality; define scope.
• Elicit business and user needs into clear requirements.
• Support discovery, backlog planning, and delivery; keep scope aligned.
• Create and maintain user stories and acceptance criteria in Jira/Confluence.
• Facilitate collaboration between stakeholders and the product team.
• Coordinate information exchange with other engineering teams.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years as business or systems analyst in IT.
• Practical experience in Agile product development with a dev team.
• Experience defining and documenting user-facing functionality.
• Experience with Jira and Confluence.
• Excellent English communication and stakeholder management.
• IT degree or BA certification (advantage).
