Support Asset-Based Finance with data management for mortgage and consumer loans.
Own and maintain monthly remittance; troubleshoot cash/data issues with counterparties and servicers.
Identify and correct data discrepancies to ensure data integrity and produce portfolio reports.
Assist in designing SOPs and requirements for supporting technology.
Build robust portfolio reporting to provide analytics and insights.
Analyze borrowing base calculations, concentration requirements, and hedging across portfolios.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree required.
3-5 years in financial services with residential/consumer data exposure.
Advanced MS Office; SQL or Python proficiency a plus.
Strong initiative, organized, detail-oriented, quick learner.
Proven accuracy and deadline-driven in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills.
Team-oriented with integrity and professionalism.
Experience with process improvement and automation.
