Provide clear, well-documented review commentary and recommendations
Create systemic procedures for ongoing review of supplemental valuations
Serve as the primary knowledge source on appraisal-related activity and market dynamics
Review originator underwriting guidelines and consolidate framework across vendors

🎯 Requirements

Minimum of a Bachelor's degree
Strong knowledge of residential appraisal methodologies (cost, sales, income)
Experience reviewing URARs, BPOs, and AVMs
Understanding USPAP, Dodd-Frank, and GSE requirements
Understanding residential mortgage underwriting standards and metrics (DTI, LTV, FICO)
Hands-on secondary market operations experience (post-close QC or loan review)
