Professional Land Survey Lead

📋 Description

• Perform boundary, topographic, ALTA/NSPS, and construction staking surveys
• Work hands-on in the field across central Indiana
• Collaborate with PMs, CAD staff, and field crews
• Deliver precise field data and survey products from mobilization to deliverables
• Lead field crew operations, equipment logistics, and daily mobilization
• Ensure compliance with Indiana survey law and professional standards

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of professional field surveying experience
• Proficiency with total stations, GPS/GNSS equipment, and electronic data collectors
• Ability to read and interpret legal descriptions, plats, and deed documents
• Indiana Licensed Land Surveyor (LS) or LSIT actively pursuing licensure
• Construction staking experience for land development projects
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
