Professional Land Surveyor - Project Manager

📋 Description

• Oversee boundary, topo, ALTA, parcel and subdivision surveys.
• Develop scopes, budgets, and schedules; deliver on time.
• Serve as primary client contact; maintain strong communication.
• Lead field and office survey teams; provide technical guidance.
• Review and certify plats, legal descriptions, and exhibits.
• Coordinate with engineering teams, contractors, and agencies.

🎯 Requirements

• PLS license in California.
• Up to 5 years' experience managing survey projects.
• Knowledge of GPS, robotic total stations, and data collectors.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D and Trimble Business Center.
• Proven ability to manage schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
• Strong communication and leadership for field and office teams.
