Professional Land Surveyor - Project Manager

📋 Description

• Manage land surveying projects from initiation to delivery.
• Mentor field crews and office staff; provide technical guidance.
• Develop scope, budget, and schedule; ensure on-time delivery.
• Primary client contact; maintain clear project communications.
• Coordinate with engineering teams, contractors, and agencies; QA/QC.
• Ensure surveys meet regulatory, professional, and quality standards.

🎯 Requirements

• PLS license in WA or ability to transfer.
• 5 years of experience managing survey projects.
• Strong knowledge of surveying principles, GPS, robotic total stations, data collectors.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D and Trimble Business Center or similar.
• Ability to manage schedules, budgets, and deliverables; leadership.
• Ability to lead and mentor field crews and office staff.
