📋 Description

• Deliver engaging, high-impact professional learning sessions to educators and instructional
• Tailor professional learning experiences to meet the unique needs of each district, ensuring
• Maintain ongoing communication with customers before and after sessions to ensure engagement
• Foster strong relationships with Customer Success Managers and Account Executives, ensuring
• Support customer onboarding and implementation, guiding educators through Kiddom’s platform and
• Gather insights from educators and district leaders to inform ongoing Kiddom support and

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in education, instructional coaching, or professional learning facilitation
• Experience delivering professional learning sessions to educators, administrators, and district
• Strong ability to build relationships with customers, ensuring a seamless and impactful
• Excellent facilitation and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and support educators at
• Comfort with technology integration in K-12 instruction and familiarity with Kiddom’s platform and
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple engagements across a geographic region.
