Provide ongoing technical support; troubleshoot issues and bottlenecks; resolve failures.
Engage with clients to understand objectives; advise on DB architecture and best practices.
Create docs: installation guides, configuration manuals, and troubleshooting procedures.
Record key issues to help improve products and support.
Collaborate with TAM, Pre-Sales, Support and RD teams to ensure customer success.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science or related field.
3+ years of experience in database technical support or related roles.
Proficiency with relational DBs like MySQL/Oracle; NoSQL/NewSQL a plus.
Familiarity with Linux/Unix OS; strong fault troubleshooting.
Fast learner with strong problem analysis; proactive in urgent situations.
Excellent communication and collaborative spirit.
