  • Implement and deploy FreeBalance solutions per ISO 9001:2015 method.
  • Manage customer expectations and advocate FreeBalance values.
  • Conduct detailed business requirements review and sign-off storyboards.
  • Configure and demonstrate FreeBalance software to map processes to solutions.
  • Develop acceptance test plans and conduct client acceptance tests.
  • Create training materials and deliver training, including Train the Trainer.
