Mentor customers and internal teams on MySQL/MariaDB features and best practices.

🎯 Requirements

8+ years of experience with MySQL/MariaDB.
End-to-end database migrations experience.
Leading database deployments (design, configuration, migration, integration).
Architectural reviews for high availability and optimization.
Performance tuning, troubleshooting, and health checks.
Strong client-facing, consultative skills.
Fluent in English.
