• 8+ years of experience with MySQL/MariaDB.
• End-to-end database migrations expertise.
• Extensive deployments experience: design, config, migration, integration.
• Architectural reviews for high availability and optimization.
• Performance tuning, troubleshooting, and health checks.
• Client-facing with strong consultative skills; excellent written and verbal communication.
