📋 Description

  • Implement and deploy FreeBalance ERP/payroll solutions per ISO 9001:2015 methodology.
  • Manage client expectations and promote FreeBalance values throughout projects.
  • Conduct requirements reviews and prepare storyboards for approval and deployment.
  • Configure payroll mappings and demonstrate the solution to client processes.
  • Develop acceptance tests and training materials; deliver required training.
  • Lead projects end-to-end, transfer knowledge, and report progress to the PM.

🎯 Requirements

  • University degree in Accounting/HR/Business with strong financial management experience.
  • Payroll/HR/Financial designation (e.g., PCP, CPM, CMA, CGA) with ERP firm experience.
  • Strong payroll, public sector financial management knowledge.
  • 10 years information systems experience; 5 years ERP implementation in financial management.
  • Experience with ERP systems HR modules and software configuration for Financial Management/ERP.
  • Excellent English, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management; proven client-facing skills and requirements gathering.
