📋 Description

• Own the full customer engagement lifecycle, including discovery, assessment, solution design
• Assess customer security and network environments to identify gaps, recommend improvements, and
• Support customers in strengthening security operations capabilities, including visibility, access
• Work with customer stakeholders to plan and execute migrations, integrations, and operational
• Partner with internal teams, sales, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver successful

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated curiosity and active exploration of AI tools, with a proven history of integrating new
• 5–8+ years of experience in customer-facing technical roles such as Professional Services, Security
• Strong hands-on experience in security and networking technologies within large or complex
• Experience deploying or supporting enterprise security solutions across cloud, hybrid, and on-prem
• Ability to lead workshops, perform technical discovery, and communicate recommendations clearly to
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and customer engagement skills
