📋 Description

• Deep diving into the customer environment and their unique requirements, creating a design plan
• Ensuring client needs are met and deliverables produced on time as defined in the Statement of Work
• Providing deployment services including best practice design, recommendations, and configuration
• Progressing and upholding expertise in deploying advanced Zscaler product features and functionality
• Assisting customers with testing or troubleshooting during the deployment, and engaging with

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of prior work experience in similar positions (e.g. Professional Consultant, Solutions
• Able to work on-site in projects and collaborate with customers and partner engineers to accomplish
• Experience deploying and maintaining large scale networking, firewall or security solutions in
• Deep understanding of IPSEC, GRE, HTTP/HTTPS, DNS protocols, Proxy and SSL, and authentication
• Fluent in Japanese with intermediate business English proficiency
