🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5 years in a software consulting role.
• Strong troubleshooting; IT operations and ITIL knowledge.
• Experience with Digital Transformation; End-User focus preferred.
• Excellent knowledge of Windows clients; MacOS a plus.
• Cloud deployments experience (architecture, security, APIs).
• Awareness of ISO27k, PCI-DSS, GDRP, NIST standards.
• Able to quickly learn new technologies in unsupervised env.
• Excellent communication, customer-facing and teamwork.
• Enthusiasm for international, collaborative, fast-paced roles.
• Fluent in Japanese and English for customer engagements.
